Join us for an exhilarating hour of classical, traditional and toe-tapping country music in this historic, timber-framed barn, set in the beautiful grounds of Childerley Hall near Dry Drayton – just 20 minutes from Cambridge.
The programme will include works by Elgar, Mendelssohn, Stanford and Vaughan Williams as well as Blue Smoke by Dolly Parton and arrangements of some much-loved, traditional songs. The Singers will be accompanied by their wonderful musicians Ivan Garford, Dave Niskin and Edyta Sawa who will also contribute some instrumental numbers.
Tea and cakes will be served after the concert and there will be a chance to wander in the delightful gardens that surround the Hall, both before the concert from 2.45pm, and afterwards, up until 6pm. Ample parking is available.
