The Singers and their musicians introduce you to the ‘Big Boned Gal’ and friends: some sad, some glad or mad – and others just downright dangerous to know!
An exhilarating hour of blues, traditional and classical music – with violinist Nicky Haire and jazz bass player Ivan Garford. You are warmly invited to join the Singers for a glass of wine after the concert.

There will be an exhibition of recent paintings of the Singers by artist Lesley Fotherby on display at this concert.
This concert is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the founding of Lucy Cavendish College in 1965. It is also part of Cambridge’s first Women of the World (WOW) Festival.
